Dear Clients,
This past Sunday we experienced a RAM failure on the hypervisor that provides service to our Cloud Web Hosting account.
Unfortunately this created downtime, which is something we all hate. Measures were taken to safely get the server back online and resume service, but we now must completely replace the faulty module to ensure peak performance.
Therefore we have scheduled this to take place next Monday, December 13th at 4:00 p.m. PHT. We expected the work to take under an hour with an estimated downtime of 30 minutes. In the event we experience an unforeseen circumstance, we have scheduled a 2 hour maintenance window ending at 6:00 p.m. PHT.
