We have recently received and identified an issue regarding website accessibility issue particularly using Globe network. Apparently, Globe may have implemented an upgrade on their system failing to connect or possibly blocking the connection to our cloud network which is hosted in Lansing, MI, United States. The issue has been successfully identified as an isolated case and it only occurs if you or your customers are using Globe Data or LTE connection.
Rest assured that there is no issue on our network and with your respective websites as they are working using desktops and mobile phones on any other networks. In the meantime, please feel free to inform your valued customers, clients, and affiliates should they continue to experience this issue.
We have contacted Globe regarding this matter and are eagerly waiting for their reply. This is an unfortunate incident and we apologize for any inconvenience.
