Is DatastiQ a legitimate business?

How do I subscribe and pay?
You can start by selecting your desired plan from our Cloud Hosting Plans & Pricing section and then pay through Paypal, Bank Transfer or GCash. Our website or staff will not take any card/debit/bank account details unless a special arrangement has been requested.
Does your site store my credit/debit card details?
No, we do not store any card details in our website. We entrust our payment system to Paypal to make sure that all your credit/debit card details are safe.
Can I upgrade if I need more space or features?
Yes you can always upgrade, all features and services are available on your DatastiQ profile. You can manage your account from billing to upgrading.
How does your Free Web Design service work?
As part of our mission and goal to increase internet maturity in the country, we are offering free web design service if you subscribe to any of our hosting plans. One web design service will be free for one domain name per hosting plan. The design will be limited to a one-page framework and will run using WordPress and Divi Theme. Should you wish to get another web design service for your other domains, or if you intend to create multiple pages, add other features and plug-ins, please contact our sales team for consultation and quotation.
How do I get a free Domain Name registration?
Our free domain registration is available to new customers who avail long term payment plans (24 months and above). Your first year will be on Us and you will only be charge on the renewal.
How do you secure our account and website?
When you subscribe to our cloud hosting plans, you will be entitled to our initial set up support including cPremote backup system. Upon the completion and handover of your website, our web developers will create an official “Day Zero” backup. Once your site goes live, our system will also conduct nightly backups which you can easily access through your cPanel to restore your website immediately. Do take note that your account should be under 100,000 Inodes and 20GB disk space for it to be included in the nightly backups.
What is your refund policy?
Because digital products are impossible to return, most companies do not offer refund. But here in DatastiQ, we take pride on what we do and would like to establish trust to our customers, therefore we are offering a 30-day money back guarantee.

What is Cloud Hosting?
Cloud hosting is where your website is hosted on a cluster of servers instead of having your site hosted on one server. In case of an issue, your site can be migrated to another server.
