OXMail can be accessed anywhere via desktop through your browser, mobile phones or other third party email clients (i.e: Microsoft Outlook). Please note that you must have an active OXMail account to use the service.
Desktop Browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox etc):
To access via browser, simply login to your email here: https://us.appsuite.cloud/appsuite/ and start using your OXMail account right away.

Setup using OXMail Mobile App or other Third Party Apps (Outlook, GMail, Thunderbird etc):
After logging in to the OX App Suite Dashboard, click the 'gear icon' beside your photo or initials in the top right corner. Then click "Connect My Device" from the dropdown menu.

Select which device you'd like to setup, then follow the instructions to complete the setup.

We recommend you to use the official OXMail mobile app by scanning the QR code that directs you to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
After installing the mobile app, you can simply login using your email address and password. If the app asks for the site account, please enter https://us.appsuite.cloud.
