To setup email on Apple Mail:

1. Launch Mail and on the top left select Add Account.
2. Then click Other Mail Account and Continue.
3. On the next screen, fill up the following:
   • Name: Enter preferred First and Last Name
   • Email Address: Enter your email address
   • Password: Enter your mailbox password
4. Click Sign In
5. Then you will see an alert that states Unable to verify account name or password and will ask to re-enter all details along with additional fields:
   • Name: Enter preferred First and Last Name
   • Email Address: Enter your email address
   • Password: Enter your mailbox password
   • Account Type: IMAP
   • Incoming Mail Server: imap.us.appsuite.cloud
   • Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.us.appsuite.cloud
6. Then click Sign In again.

Also, ensure to double check your Mail folder mapping by going to

1. Preferences > Accounts then select your OX mail account.
2. Click on Mailbox Behaviours tab.
3. Then ensure that all items under Sent, Junk, and Trash Mailbox are selecting your OX email account NOT the folder listed under On My Mac.

Last step is to make sure that our SMTP servers have the correct settings.

1. While still on the Accounts screen, click on the Server Settings tab, next to Mailbox Behaviours.
2. Under Outgoing Mail Account, Uncheck the automatically manage connection settings. (Make sure you do it under SMTP, and not IMAP, as they have the same checkbox) this will unlock a new area below.
3. Change the Port Number to 587.
4. Click the Save button on the bottom right.
5. Close the Accounts window.
6. Finally, go back to the Mail app. Your mail should begin downloading shortly if it hasn’t already. Please wait 15 minutes for mail to download before troubleshooting any issues.
